description: Photographic documentation of Jerzy Bereś’s manifestation "Auction" (September 28-31, 1973), made in the PI gallery (Kraszewskiego Street 9, Kraków). The artist is girded with white cloth, with the inscription "Bereś" painted on his chest. He is standing and smoking a cigarette. In front of him is a seated and standing audience. Among them is Krystyna Czerwińska in a flowery shirt, behind her are standing Józef Marek and Wanda Altendorf, the first from the right is Joanna Braun. The material document from the manifestation in the form of a painted loincloth and photographic documentation from the manifestation are currently in the collection of MOCAK in Kraków.
