description: Photographic documentation of Maria Pinińska-Bereś’s performance "Laundry II" (8.09.1981), made in Osieki near Koszalin as part of the 19th Meetings of Artists, Scientists and Art Theoreticians: Rhythm of Time, Rhythm of Art, Rhythm of Generations (3-17 September 1981). A string stretched between four posts driven into a grassy meadow marks the place. In the space thus marked out, two metal tubs filled with water stand on the ground. Canvases with pink letters forming the inscription "feminism" hang on the strings. The artist, turned backwards, is driving a pink banner into the ground.
