description: Photographic documentation of Maria Pinińska-Bereś’s performance "Laundry II" (8.09.1981), made in Osieki near Koszalin as part of the 19th Meetings of Artists, Scientists and Art Theoreticians: Rhythm of Time, Rhythm of Art, Rhythm of Generations (3-17 September 1981). A string stretched between four posts driven into a grassy meadow marks the place. In the space thus marked out, two metal tubs filled with water stand on the ground. In one tub there is a metal washboard. Between the tubs is standing the artist in a white dress and pink apron. She is throwing canvases into the tub.
