description: Photographic documentation of Maria Pinińska-Bereś’s sculpture "Birth (of Man)" (1957), probably a photographic reproduction of an older print. The photograph was taken in Dunikowski’s studio on Helclów Street. You can see the mezzanine that was there. The sculpture was probably destroyed after the Academy of Fine Arts closed down the studio and expelled Dunikowski’s former students.
