description: The photo was taken during Jerzy Bereś’s solo exhibition entitled "Jerzy Bereś. Material proofs. Manifestations from 1967-92" (Center for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle, Marble Hall, Jazdów Street 2, Warsaw, 10.05-20.06.1993). The photographers were Mariusz Michalski and Barbara Wójcik. The photo shows a large, standing tree trunk. On its upper surface, you can see footprints: white and red. On them lies a ball of thick rope. It is probably a material proof from some manifestation, but it is not known which one.
