description: A photo session in the studio at Siemaszki Street in Kraków, during which Jerzy Bereś launches the sculpture "Newspaper Puncher" (1968), with Jerzy Bereś and three young women, including Maria Socha (Potocka) taking part in the session. On the left, you can see "Rotunda with a Bell" (1962) by Maria Pinińska-Bereś. Two women are looking through newspapers, the third one is picking up a newspaper from the floor. Bereś is holding the lever of the "Newspaper Puncher". There is a pile of newspapers on the floor. This is a participatory sculpture. It was purchased by Arturo Schwarz, a gallery owner from Milan, in 1973. Schwarz planned to create the Museum of the Avant-Garde of Eastern Europe, but he did not carry out the plan. After many years, he sold his collection at auction. Since then, the fate of the sculpture has not been known.
