description: Photographic documentation of Jerzy Bereś’s manifestation "Transfiguration II" (16.04.1973), made in the Desa Gallery on St. John’s Street in Krakow. The artist is covered only with wooden loincloths, on which the inscription "Bereś" is visible. His torso, arms and legs are divided by horizontal lines, and he has a plant branch painted on his chest. In the foreground, you can see a table with spread slices of bread. The artist is standing behind the second table ("beautiful altar") and painting a plant motif on his arm. Behind him, the audience in the back of the room, on the left Jerzy Serafin, Danuta Józefikowa, Jacek Ostaszewski, on the right Jan Burnat and Maciej Jerzmanowski.
